VCN – The Chinese side has implemented an appointment for cargo clearance regime across Bac Luan II Bridge, Mong Cai (Quang Ninh) during International Workers’ Day (from May 1 to May 5, 2021).

The Mong Cai International Border Gate Economic Zone Authority recently announced the holiday schedule of the border forces in Dongxing City, the Choang Ethnic Autonomous Region of Guangxi Province, China to celebrate International Workers’ Day 2021.
According to the Department of Trade and Border Gate Management, Dongxing City (China), for Bac Luan II bridge border gate, the authority would take five days off (from May 1 to 5, 2021). During the holidays, import and export activities are carried out in accordance with the regime of appointment for cargo clearance.
To apply the above procedure, firms must register and complete procedures with the Chinese authority on weekdays and register to transport goods on May 1 to May 5, 2021.
The compensation time of Dongxing city border gate forces will be on two days: April 25, 2021 (Sunday) and May 8, 2021 (Saturday).

On the other hand, normal operation will be maintained for Bac Luan I border gate and the pair of border markets/the floating bridge Km3 + 4 Hai Yen.
Talking to Customs News, leaders of the Mong Cai Customs Branch, Quang Ninh Customs Department said on the holidays, the branch still ensured enough officials to handle procedures 24/24.
