VCN- The two procedures of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment have been connected to the National Single Window (NSW).

These two procedures are the procedure for revocation of Certification of eligibility for environmental protection for imported scrap, and the procedure for applying for exemption from quality inspection for imported scrap for use as raw production materials.
The General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) asks local customs departments to assign access rights for these procedures on the ECustoms system to their customs officials.
The GDVC also requests local customs officers to seek information related to these procedures on the ECustoms system and not to require businesses to submit paper documents issued via NSW in customs process.
According to Decision 1258/QD-TTg dated August 17, 2020 of the Prime Minister, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is required to connect three administrative procedures to the NSW.
As of May 15, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment connected the two procedures and has not yet connected the remaining procedures.
The GDVC reported that as of May 15, 226 administrative procedures of 13 ministries and sectors have been connected to the NSW with more than 3.8 million documents of more than 46,800 businesses.
Vietnam continues to exchange e-C/O form D with nine ASEAN member states.
As of May 15, Vietnam has received over 347,000 C/O from ASEAN member states and sent over 784,000 C/O to the other states.
